Informal
Neighborhood eMail Alert System Canceled
Due
to extremely low homeowner subscriber participation
(less than 4% of the community) the informal Alert System
is canceled
effective 1
February 2023 and will not be resumed in
any form in the future.
Since
the informal eMail alert system enrollment mechanism
was first displayed on this page in 2008, not a single
report of a crime or suspicious activity was submitted
by any homeowner for eMail broadcast distribution to
subscriber homeowners.
Board
Policy Remains Unchanged:
Since
the establishment of a resident-controlled board in
2007, the standing policy of the board of directors
has always been to encourage Spring Creek Court homeowners
to call law enforcement as a first course of action
to report crimes or suspected criminal activity.
That
policy remains unchanged.
